Butler Automatic Keeping Ahead of the Curve:

Visit Butler Automatic at booth # 533 at Pack Expo, Las Vegas on September 26-28th. The booth will have two machines. A zipper splicer and an SP1 film splicer, both of which will feature the latest technology advances from the Butler engineering and design team.

Butler OEM Partners Promote Butler Splicing Technology:

While our entire list of OEM partners did not feature our splicing technology at Interpack there were a few that did. The Butler booth had plenty of traffic, confirming that automatic splicing is in high demand and is becoming ever more popular. In addition to our booth, our machines could be seen running at the Bossar, Mespack and Simionato booths. Together with our OEM partners Butler forges ahead as a notable and trusted name in automatic splicing. The loyalty of our OEM partners in addition to the interest from droves of other companies confirmed our belief that we will truly show the anticipated growth in our markets in 2011 and moving forward.  

Zipper Splicer

Butler Automatic, the world wide leader in splicing technology has finally finished production on their heavily awaited zipper splicer. Since we first showed it at last years PackExpo trade show in Chicago the inquiries have not stop coming in. We had our first, second and third factory acceptance tests all scheduled for the last week of March with some of the industry leading consumer products producers.  Current splice capability is rated for speeds up to 200fpm with a faster running model capable of automatically splicing flange zippers under design by the Butler Automatic Engineering team.
