Butler Automatic manufactures splicers for many different size rolls. Applications with heavy rolls requiring an integrated loading hoist solution have hoist available designed for the specific application and model. All of our SP1 Line Automatic Splicers come with swing out shafts and an optional lift and load elevator with a 275lb capactiy.
Hoists for SP-1 packaging splicers (model SP-1 DL)
When the application requirement for the SP1 Line Automatic Splicers with swing out shafts and a lift and load elevator exceeds the 275lb capacity we offer the model DL with integral hoist. Our model SP-1 DL comes with an optional integrated Direct Loading hoist capable of loading roll weights of up to 550 lbs. Our SP1 DL has an extremely ergonomically designed optional integral hoist for heavy roll applications.
Butler Model 1000/1500 Hoists (2500 lb, 3600 lb, 5000 lb.)
Butler Automatic manufactures a variety of hoists with a maximum capacity of 5,000 lbs that are available on our SP1 DL Automatic Splicer and our 1000 series models.
