Butler manufactures the SP1 and SP3 Automatic Splicers, both of which are capable of handling narrow web splicing. The SP3 Automatic Splicer is specifically designed to run narrow webs. The SP3 Automatic Splicer line runs web widths as narrow as 3/4 inch, while the SP1 Automatic Splicer line can rub web material as narrow as 8.5 inches. Both of these machines have been used in labelling and other narrow web splicing applications.
