Faced with busy schedules and rising production costs, today’s printer is constantly looking for ways to improve productivity. Working closely with our customers we have developed Preventative Maintenance and machine rebuilding programs that help our customers avoid costly down time from unforeseen break downs. Every rebuild thoroughly examines every system in the machine. Parts are replaced or adjusted to make sure the rebuilt splicer meets original factory specifications. Equipment can be built on-site or at our factory.

Most of the country‘s biggest printers have already started routinely scheduling annual PM visits by competent Butler field technicians. Busy production schedules often make in plant maintenance impossible on a routine basis. Budget cuts also leave plant personnel unable to fully meet busy maintenance schedules. Our flexible programs allow printers to dramatically improve up-time and minimize downtime from unscheduled splicer problems.
