Roll Shaft Handler

The pneumatic roll shaft handler allows personnel to safely handle heavy roll shafts without the physical lifting normally required. With a simple on/off switch, 100+ pound shafts can be moved about effortlessly, minimizing operator fatigue and significantly reducing the risk of costly injuries.

Shaft Cart

The shaft cart is used to move shafts about facilities effortlessly. It is an easy and cost effective way to avoid injury and seamlessly allow for loading shafts into rolls.

Rugged “Vee” blocks cradle the spent roll, on the cart  centerline. 550 pound capacity easily supports the rollshaft and a standard butt roll of paper.

Four heavy-duty casters on a wide wheel base provide ease of mobility. The core and shaft are supported for a length of 31 inches (78 cm.), for better balance. This ensures stability and safe handling. The support table is elevated by the use of a foot pedal. A self-contained hydraulic jack supplies the lifting power. A hand-operated knob is used to control the lowering of the table.
