Since the invention of the zero speed splicer, we have introduced many hundreds of new products to facilitate non-stop production.

Some of our recent new products include:

• USDA stainless steel packaging splicer
• Zipper splicer
• 66” wide splicer with a heat seal head
• 80” wide splicer for film and non wovens
• SP-1 SL Shrinksleeve splicer

Enhanced features include a dual reach down loading option so that both rolls can be picked up close to the floor. For rewinding needs, Butler manufactures a matched speed splicing turret rewinder, and cantilevered automatic splicer rewinder.

To increase compatibility with packaging applications, Butler now includes stainless steel side frames, control boxes, and base plates as standard features on all SP-1 machines.
